Sanctuary of Exsanguination (5E)
In the frontier town of Feluxia, a witch priestess has long provided healing in exchange for weekly sacrifices of orcs and other raiding humanoids. As the frontier grows safer and such sacrifices become scarce, townsfolk begin to disappear. Designed for 4th–5th level characters, this adventure tasks the party with investigating the priestess’s temple and uncovering the truth behind the missing townspeople. The mayor seeks their help but fears confronting her directly or sending the militia in case the accusations prove unfounded.
