Sanctuary of Exsanguination (Pathfinder)
A mini-dungeon adventure for four to five 4th-level Pathfinder characters. In the frontier town of Feluxia, a witch priestess has long provided healing in exchange for weekly sacrifices of orcs and other raiding humanoids. As such raids become rare, townsfolk begin to disappear, and the mayor hires the characters to investigate the priestess’s temple without provoking her or risking the town militia.
