This fantasy roleplaying supplement details Freeport, a city of pirates, cults, monsters, criminal gangs, and corrupt politicians, blending high adventure with cosmic horror. It provides rules for playing additional fantasy races, expanded equipment including poisons and drugs, new Hindrances, Edges, arcane powers, supernatural items, and a domain system for miraculous characters. The book includes statistics for more than 50 new monsters, common Freeport residents, and over 75 important characters from the city. It also contains the adventure “Fury in Freeport” to begin a campaign in the setting.
