Scepter of Perpetual Sacrifice
An ancient weapon devoted to Khayne, the Blood God, serves as a symbol of his earliest and most brutal worshippers. Its powers draw strength from the wounds it inflicts on both its victims and its wielder, reflecting traditions of self-mutilation, torture, blood sacrifice, and cannibalism. The weapon can be introduced into play as a dangerous relic whose use demands acts of violence and personal sacrifice.
