A Fifth Edition sourcebook set in the dark fantasy world of Drakkenheim, where political intrigue, eldritch terror, and contaminated magic shape the continent of Westemär, Caspia, and Elyria. It details the region’s history, factions, people, and locations for use in the Drakkenheim campaign or other fantasy settings. The book adds character options including the apothecary class, 21 subclasses, feats, magic items, and contaminated spells. It also provides new areas, encounters, monsters, and NPCs for adventures involving polluted creatures, abandoned settlements, coastal shrines, bandit lairs, and other dangerous locations.
