A setting guide for Call of Cthulhu campaigns in the San Francisco Bay Area during the 1920s. It covers the city's history, geography, neighborhoods, societies, recreation, legends, celebrities, and Mythos lore, supported by period photographs, maps, and handouts. Historical figures, research venues, and institutions are detailed alongside accounts of places associated with crime, insanity, and death. Four scenarios provide investigations set around the city and its surrounding region.
