A 15-card encounter supplement set within the corrosive, living tunnels of the Belly of the Beast. Players navigate pools of muck, acidic bile pumps, pulsating flesh, and other hazards while facing creatures such as Bone Mites, Mucus Grubs, and Fluttering Flaps. The deck includes encounters featuring beast quakes, deep roars, necrotic flesh, bursting pores, sunken bowels, and a surviving Gonoyoku Clan member.

- Expansion - All card supplements are nice to have, making your worlds more unpredictable and allowing for new narratives to appear. Encounters are particularly nice to have in big numbers, in order to avoid facing the same events multiple times. Definitely take this if you like the Belly of the Beast.
