Players encounter it as a powerful enemy encounter: it uses area attacks, life-stealing abilities, and summoned skeletal or zombified swimmers to control the battlefield. Combat requires managing its minions, avoiding its zone effects, and disrupting its regeneration to prevent prolonged engagements.
