Shadows of the Black Sovereign
In Numeria, the Technic League has collapsed after the death of its leader, leaving the city of Starfall in turmoil. The Black Sovereign, Kevoth-Kul, is beginning to recover from the League’s influence and may soon resume his campaign of conquest. Players investigate the League’s secrets, navigate the conflict surrounding Starfall, and work to determine what becomes of the recovering ruler and the region.
