A sourcebook for exploring a vast fantasy metropolis of soaring towers, crowded districts, and hidden depths. It details more than 100 city districts, numerous guilds and organizations, and over 30 notable and generic NPCs. The book also includes maps, new feats, spells, prestige classes, magic items, and monsters for adventures involving skycoaches, aerial battles, dangerous expeditions, and the city's many factions. An expanded section covers Lyrandar Tower.
