Skulls of Sedlec: Plague Doctors
New skull types for Skulls of Sedlec. This 6-card expansion adds infected skulls and plague doctors, allowing a fourth player and remaining compatible with solo expansions. Shuffle the cards into the base game, then balance spreading plague among skull communities with treating the infected. Infected skulls score based on the largest adjacent group of one type, while plague doctors score 5 points when their number exactly matches the infected.
