A grim exploration of supernatural serial killers in the World of Darkness. It examines why some humans, including hunters, become driven to murder, how slashers survive wounds that should be fatal, and how they can serve as antagonists or anti-hero protagonists. The book introduces VASCU, a new hunter conspiracy investigating and pursuing these killers, along with their psychic Teleinformatics abilities. It also presents new weapons, equipment, Tactics, Merits, Endowments, and cruel Undertakings for stories involving slashers.
