Smuggler (Fan expansion for Agent Avenue)
This fan-made expansion adds the Smuggler agent card, which introduces new ways to reach the Black Market. Shuffle six copies into the agent deck; when resolved, roll the icon and move the meeple backward to the previous Black Market space on a 1–2, or forward to the next one on a 3. No movement occurs if the meeple is already on a Black Market space. The Masterplan objective also changes, requiring eight different agents in play instead of seven.
