Sprawlopolis: Roadwork
Adds four special contract cards that represent new road projects and traffic challenges. Each player receives one of these cards and must place it into their city before the game ends or incur a penalty. Cards have placement requirements that force integration with existing roads, creating spatial constraints and planning trade-offs. Players can increase difficulty by distributing more roadwork cards among the group.
