Stalag 17: "Unexpected Count" Promo Card
This promo card represents an unexpected change in the prisoner count during an escape plan. Each turn, its holder may discard one card from their hand, and that card is not counted during the roll call phase. The card also serves as a joker for the discard action, requiring all other players to add extra surveillance tokens for cards discarded during that turn.
