A magazine-style supplement for a space-combat wargame that chronicles the Romulan entry into a wider conflict and the Day of the Eagle. Includes two linked fiction pieces that frame scenarios: a defense action with a Federation cruiser and destroyer facing Romulan forces, and a follow-up vignette centered on a destroyer a month later.
