This fan-made supplement for Call of Cthulhu combines guidance on creating, presenting, and using non-player characters with tables for period, international, and distinctive names and traits. It includes 35 illustrated, ready-to-use NPCs across settings such as the 1890s, 1920s, modern day, Invictus, medieval, pirate, Wild West, Katzulhu, and Noir. Each entry provides background, possible uses, appearance, behavior, quotations, and complete game statistics; some can also serve as player characters for one-shots. A postcard scenario featuring one of the NPCs is included.
