Strange Citizens of the City
A compact game-master supplement for populating an urban fantasy setting with unusual characters, possible monsters, and locations. Eleven detailed citizens provide background and encounter ideas, while tables generate hired goons and bizarre but mostly harmless wanderers. The booklet also includes eight city locations for player characters to explore. Entries can be used as written or adapted to fit an ongoing campaign.
