A science-fiction character expansion centered on music, performance, and rebellion across the stars. It adds more than 15 character options, including the Oracle of Song, who uses powerful arias and overtures, and the subversive Vox Rider, who hijacks streams, uses sampling and spell reverb, and amplifies marginalized voices.
