This supplement for the Legend of the Five Rings 4th Edition roleplaying game explores the military and political duties of samurai in Rokugan. Drawing on two renowned works of strategy, it covers military tactics, cavalry warfare, winter courts, etiquette, and the Emperor’s religious role. It includes nine chapters of setting material, histories and game statistics for notable generals and courtiers, and new mechanics such as Yasuki Taskmasters, Children of Doji, Mantis Orochi Riders, and Ikoma Tacticians.
