Tallinn: The City Guard
This postcard expansion adds four City Guard tokens to the game. The first player to build a tower takes a token from the supply. Another player may claim one only by having more towers than the current token holder, who then returns their token. At the end of the game, each token is worth 3 points for every other player without a token.
