Tellstones: King's Gambit
Players place, swap, flip and peek at a row of marked stones while trying to remember and manipulate their positions. On each turn a player performs one of several actions that can reveal or change stone identities, then challenges can force opponents to name a stone’s face. Rounds proceed until a player fails a challenge and loses a life token; the last player with lives remaining wins. Rules accommodate two-player or four-player matches and emphasize memory, observation and timing rather than hidden randomness.
