Terraforming Mars: Red Ships Promo Card
A promo project card that becomes usable once oxygen reaches 4% or higher. It is an active card with no tags and provides an action: gain 1 M€ for each city and each special tile adjacent to an ocean space, regardless of owner. The card was originally a Kickstarter-exclusive and later offered in limited quantities at select conventions.
