Territories in Flames Collector's Edition
This expansion broadens the World War II campaign beyond the major theaters, covering colonial territories, local politics, diplomacy, and resistance movements from Burma to East Africa. It adds locally raised overseas troops, city volunteers, warlords, Siberians, the Ukrainian national army, forts, coastal forts, roads, railways, facilities, saved oil, and build points. The expansion includes 400 full-colour counters and can be played with World in Flames, Patton in Flames, or America in Flames.
