Characters can wield strange equipment such as talking shotguns, living staffs, and weapons satellites, while taking command of tentacled horrors, unleashing psionic energy, or selling their skills in the streets. The book includes six new backgrounds, along with equipment, armor, weapons, and an upgraded weapons system.
