That's Not a Hat: Incognito
Players pass illustrated personality cards around the table and must track which player currently embodies each persona as cards move. Each card shows an abstract character (for example a crowned traffic cone or a bearded figure) and the holder assigns or declares who that card represents, then passes it to another player. Players can bluff about identities or combine multiple card criteria into a new announced character to mislead opponents; others may accept the claim or challenge it, with incorrect challenges carrying penalties. An optional “extreme” variant and directional symbols on some card backs add additional complexity.
