Castorhage, known as the Blight, is a vast city-state poisoned by alchemy and powered by necromantic industry. Monstrous factions wage a hidden war for control of its districts, strange technologies, and expanding empire, while the city reaches into other realms that are beginning to reach back. This campaign setting includes a gazetteer covering the city’s districts, new monsters and NPCs, setting resources, and a nine-part introductory adventure series. It provides material for grim urban adventures in the Lost Lands setting, where exploration, faction conflicts, and supernatural threats shape campaigns.
