In 1924, Prohibition is in full swing, and the Shakespeare Gang operates beneath the nose of the Lakeside Guild. Players send gangsters to seize control of cities, using available information to pursue valuable loot while avoiding police and other hazards. Influence and card play determine who claims each location and builds the most successful criminal operation.
