An island shrouded in mist and paranoia forms the setting for a dark fantasy campaign. Malghan uses ancient magic to bend reality, while hidden threats and uncertain loyalties turn even the characters’ thoughts against them. The setting focuses on absolute power, resistance, control, and moral tension, and can be used independently or integrated into a larger campaign world.
