The Garden of Death (Pathfinder)
The player characters are invited to the underground Nalineum, an oasis built by the retired investigator-wizard Jacint Nali for the aristocracy. Their host, merchant lord Fen Drustan, asks them to discreetly investigate attacks on his caravans and question two possible rivals: the unscrupulous Flor Ecarist and the elitist heir Devan Sevant. Rumors, hidden motives, and murder turn the inquiry into a mystery where information matters more than confrontation or violence.
