The Grimm Forest: No Permit Promo Card
An event card that triggers at the end of the Gather phase and affects the upcoming Build phase. If a single player is the only one at a location when this resolves, no players are allowed to build house sections during that round’s Build phase. The card modifies standard turn flow by potentially blocking all construction for one round based on player positions, encouraging attention to location occupancy and timing during the Gather phase.
