The world is collapsing after a failed attempt to reshape reality, and the planet has only months before it is consumed by the cosmic gears of the multiverse’s graveyard. The party travels across the planes to find a way to repair the damage. At the center of oblivion, the primordial Voice of Rot coils around the physical embodiment of time and seeks to drag the world toward its destruction. The heroes must confront this serpent and preserve their dying world. An adventure for 28th-level characters.
