The Hands of Domination
Set in Meriquai Falls, a Midwestern city where Native American culture and modern society meet, this supplement introduces a group of metahuman mercenaries working for any villain willing to pay. It includes six complete HERO System 6th Edition character sheets and biographies, led by Kaity Powers, the Scarlet Saber, and her former archnemesis. The characters can be used as antagonists in a Meriquai Falls, Champions Universe, or homebrew campaign.
