A Call of Cthulhu scenario set in 1920s Boston, where investigators are hired to examine an old house rumored to be haunted. Designed for new Keepers and players, it includes guidance on using dice and rules, along with eight images and maps, 34 story entries, two encounters, two NPCs or monsters, and one spell.
