The Land of Eight Cities
A setting book for DCC Lankhmar, detailing a young realm north of Lankhmar that lies beneath the Great Forest. Its natural resources, untamed wilderness, unfamiliar creatures, gods, customs, history, and notable locations provide material for adventures and a refuge for characters escaping enemies in the City of the Black Toga. The book is based on an unpublished manuscript by Fritz Leiber and includes information about the University of Houston research trip that uncovered it, along with photographs of Leiber’s personal papers and possessions.
