A coastal delta where the two greatest rivers of the Shattered Empire converge, this swampy region is inhabited by bizarre creatures and river pirates. Its main attraction is the Library of Collected Water Knowledge, which holds research for a special water spell and the legendary Blue Scroll, a magical item connected to several important myths.
