The Mouth of Mentius (DCC)
An old-school dungeon mini-campaign for Dungeon Crawl Classics, covering four levels and 73 grid-mapped rooms. Set in an ancient underground palace inspired by Greek and Roman myth, it combines puzzles, traps, monsters, deities, alien armies, dimensional sailors, and other aberrant threats. Characters encounter three rival factions that can be opposed, allied with, or betrayed, alongside emotionally involved NPCs and more than 25 unique magical items. Over the course of the adventure, characters advance from level 4 to 7 by milestone while confronting over 32 custom monsters, including members of the Greco-Roman pantheon. Includes a 56-page PDF and high-resolution digital maps.
