The cult infiltrates the aristocracy and Church, breeds unnatural creatures, and practices grotesque transformations on its lands and in hidden strongholds. The book describes the Pastores’ beliefs, leaders, territories, allies, and monsters, and includes four scenarios involving the cult. It contains themes of body horror, violence, harm to children, and torture.
