The Rogues Gallery: The Cloven Hoof Syndicate
A criminal organization challenges the Thieves Guild’s control of illicit activity in a large fantasy city. Beneath its goal of breaking the guild’s monopoly, the Syndicate conceals rumors of forbidden experiments, profane rites, and ties to daemons and apocalyptic powers. The supplement provides background for the organization, statblocks for members across its hierarchy, and details on important figures including Varon the Twisted. It also includes new alchemist discoveries, additional rules options, and maps and descriptions of the Syndicate’s headquarters, the Halls of Abandon.
