An upscale inn and gaming house secretly operates as the headquarters of the Black Bolt Assassins Guild. The location includes maps of the building, cellar, guild headquarters, stable, and hayloft, along with 41 named NPCs featuring descriptions, backgrounds, and game statistics. Two card games, Mercenary Wars and Dragon Flight, plus a dice game provide in-world diversions for patrons.
