The Weird
A system-neutral idea resource for adding unusual details to characters, creatures, locations, encounters, and plots in roleplaying games. It contains more than 100 themed lists with over 10,000 prompts, organized for genres such as fantasy, science fiction, and horror. Use the entries during preparation or roll for inspiration at the table. Prompts range from interesting and surprising to gonzo and whimsical, offering anything from strange objects and unusual NPCs to unsettling hauntings, distinctive abilities, and bizarre campaign concepts.
