Tianxia: New Starting Buildings Promo
Three new Starting Building tiles to add to the pool. PR5 places a Neutral Worker on any Barge at the end of each Income phase and gains 2 Resources from it. PR6 draws two Regular Bonus tiles, keeps one, and discards the other during each Income phase. PR7 places a Delivery marker on an available Delivery space of a ship in the Yan region and gains the appropriate reward, without placing a Shipping marker.
