TPP Presents Champions Organizations: MARS & MLF
This 80-page PDF presents two organizations for superhero campaigns: MARS, the Mutant Analyze & Registration Service, and the MLF, the Mutant Liberation Front. The organizations provide allies, adversaries, and complications for heroes, and can be added to an existing campaign with little or no modification. The supplement is designed to support encounters involving government agencies, mutant rights, and the creation or support of new villains.
