This setting supplement describes the 26 tribes of the Kubora, a tribal people inhabiting the Peran wilderness of northwestern Hârn. It details their varying fortunes, customs, and relationships, including Ryler the Southron’s confederation of nearly 5,000 Kubora from seven tribes. The supplement also covers the annual Kuboran moot and presents three important legends of the Kubora nation.
