Triumph of Chaos: The Russian Civil War 1918-1921

Card-driven grand-strategy simulation of the 1918–1921 conflict that pits opposing political-military coalitions against one another across the former Russian Empire. Turns split into Political, Action and Logistics phases. In the Political Phase players compete for influence over 18 regional factions using a shared Political deck, balancing where to spend scarce political resources. In the Action Phase players play from personal Action decks to move and fight, reinforce, perform special operations and use leaders’ abilities for exploitation, withdrawals, counterattacks and multi-space offensives. A Leader deck supplies personality-driven abilities and historical flavor. The Logistics Phase handles rebuilding, attrition, faction withdrawals, internal in-fighting, political purchases of influence and victory checks.
