Under Falling Skies: Essen City promo tile
Adds an extra city tile that expands the pool of locations available during setup for more variety in city layouts. The tile offers two sides with different research-room effects. The blue side starts with one token in each research room; resolving a room with a token discards it and grants a +1 bonus. The red side also places one token per research room, but allows the player to choose to discard a token when resolving a room to gain the +1 bonus.
