It includes four preconstructed starter decks featuring the Brujah, Malkavian, Toreador and Ventrue, along with cards for the Nosferatu, Tremere and Gangrel. Players build vampire decks, manage blood and influence, form alliances, and use political actions and schemes to control the table.
