Victory at Sea: Kriegsmarine fleet
This game depicts the German Kriegsmarine during the Second World War, a navy rebuilt in defiance of the restrictions imposed after the First World War. Rather than seeking decisive fleet engagements, it focuses on commerce raiding and attacks against Allied shipping. Players deploy surface ships, destroyers, and U-boats while managing a navy that continues operations as resources dwindle. Submarines and smaller vessels remain active threats throughout the war.
