Virus! 2 Evolution
Adds new virus and action cards that expand the base card game mechanics and player options. Introduces variant rules, including a two-player mode and a rule for permanently removing viruses from play to prevent repeated recycling through the deck. Players still build and sabotage organ sets, play actions to infect opponents or cure themselves, and adapt tactics to the new card types and variants.
