This character supplement updates the cast of a 1987 Champions adventure for the HERO System 6th Edition. It includes the four members of the Freedom Squad, eleven members of V.O.I.C.E., a sample V.O.I.C.E. agent, a SWAT team member, and the powerful Lung Hung. Each character sheet details the character’s origin, powers, and tactics, with notes for expanding or modifying the design.
